ReverseVision’s software is based on Microsoft Dot.Net. Data is stored
on SQL server 2005 with temporary storage as encrypted XML format. The architecture
allows high flexibility such as the combination of a hosted solution as well as
the deployment of smart clients.

Graphical Calculator
ReverseVision has developed a versatile and flexible calculator for reverse mortgages.
The calculator itself is a multi-module application that performs calculations of
the loan at origination and simulation of the loan over the lifetime.

Workflow Module
ReverseVision is a collaborative productivity tool based on a configurable workflow
engine. Workflow can be defined inside the company, between branch offices, and
over company borders, integrating correspondents and other partners into the workflow.
Responsibilities are clearly defined and assigned. ReverseVision’s workflow module
is configurable and caters to most operation models.

Data Access Manager
This internal module manages the data access, operates as a cache, and grants or
rejects access to data based on security levels. The Data Access Manager also converts
data base content into
easily accessible and manageable objects.

Document Manager
Reverse mortgage origination is a document-driven sequence of activities. ReverseVision
activates, calculates, and generates the content of various documents, including:
FM1009, 92900A, TALC, Amortization Schedule, and many other documents. Furthermore,
ReverseVision interfaces with specialized document companies such as Bay Docs.

Access Rights Manager
The company administrator can assign over 20 different roles to users within the
company and to users of correspondent companies. Access rights may be granted down
to the user-level, allowing for the highest of flexibility.
